Cempump offers premium quality underfloor heating components including all the necessary items to run your underfloor heating system. Triple layered pipe with an aluminium middle layer is fixed to the substrate with a method suited to your requirements. These then return back to the manifold position, creating numerous circuits within the floor. We assemble the manifold with the pump and connect each circuit. This is then pressure tested to ensure a leak free quality system and then isolated ready to be connected to the heat source after we have completed any further necessary finishing work such as the screed. With the installation, we supply the electrical equipment to run your underfloor heating effectively. Modern, sleek thermostats are provided to control each individually heated zone. Each underfloor heating system is tailored exactly to your projects specification and a bespoke plan is provided and confirm the layout before installation.

  • Assess and plan – Assess the suitability of the space and professionally plan the layout of the underfloor heating system, considering heating requirements and room zoning.
  • Prepare the surface – clear all debris and lay a sub-floor if needed – our team will be able to advise you on when and if laying a sub-floor is necessary.
  • Lay insulated boards (18-22mm boards) – this stops heat from being lost down to the earth.
  • Install PERT heating pipes – following the floor plan design.
  • Connect to manifold heating and water flow system 
  • Pressure test – thoroughly checking to a high standard for any leaks or issues with the system 
  • Thin floor screeding 5-22mm
  • After screeding has set and cured, the room is ready for whichever final flooring finish you are opting for.
