UK wide concrete pumping and screeding
We offer our concrete pump hire service across the whole of the Midlands areas. We will provide experienced advice based on individual specifications and needs, offering concrete pumping solutions that work to scale. We will make site visits where required to ensure the suitability of the pumps, and will support our customers throughout their projects, to ensure all projects run smoothly.
How do we carry out concrete pumping?
Stage 1
We park our concrete pump truck in a position where the concrete supplier can get access. We then lay pipes from the pump to the position concrete is required.
Stage 2
The concrete supplier backs their vehicle up to the pump, we prime the line with grout, the concrete supplier then pours concrete into the pump, we then pump it through the pipework into position.
Stage 3
Once the pumping work has been completed, the pipe must be emptied of all waste and all equipment washed down (please ensure there is somewhere to dispense of waste on site.) Payment is then accepted by our driver or via phone with a credit or debit card.
What should you, the customer, provide?
- Order and pay for their own concrete; we will require a contact name and number of your supplier to ensure the suitability of the product.
- Provide a place to park the pump, where we can clean down when finished.
- Provide one bag of standard cement on site for us to prime our pipework
- Have some way of disposing of any waste created on completion.
- Be able to pay for our services before we leave the site.
