We are one of the only screed companies to have our own compact truck-mounted concrete pumps and specialised screed pumps. This enables us to provide a more comprehensive and reliable service as we are not reliant on other companies to provide us with a pump.
Cempump is one of a select few screeding companies that can now offer a new ‘Rapid 7 Day drying screed’
This new rapid drying cement-based liquid screed system can be fully dry after just seven days following installation (based on 50mm thickness), enabling you to be able to fit most types of non-moisture sensitive floor covering in as little as five days!!
This product is great when time is an issue, ideal for tight schedules, schools, hospitals, and commercial projects.
Before screeding, we also offer an additional service where, upon request, we can take care of all of the setup and preparation of the screed area, including laying the underfloor heating.
When the floor screeding has been completed, we can also return 1-2 weeks later to provide a laitance removal and floor sanding service. We use specialist sanding and vacuum equipment to remove the top surface which allows follow-on trades to adhere floor coverings like tiles or Karndean more easily.
Cempump is one a few select companies across the UK to be approved suppliers and installers of ‘Cemfloor’, fast drying liquid screed, this is a new cement based product with similar characteristics to the standard anhydrite liquid screeds, but being cement based this avoids potential issues with non-compatible adhesives and avoids the issue of surface laitance removal, the standard drying times for ‘Cemfloor’ are 14-21 days until floor finishes can be applied which in most cases is twice as quick as traditional liquid screeds, this product is ideal for customers working on tight time schedules.
